As Tactical Planner you will be responsible for driving and managing the Master Production Schedule for the tactical horizon (3/4-24 months) ensuring capacity & resources are in place to support agreed demand plan to satisfy the Customer requirements and to keep the inventory at the next handover point of the supply chain at the agreed target level.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Establishment of an optimal operational production plan for the tactical period (3/4 to 24 months).

  • Coordination of the rough operational production plan with the production plan approved in S&OP.

  • Ensuring the appropriate level of SKU inventory at the next point in the supply chain, including regulatory constraints.

  • Managing reporting and analysis of key supply performance indicators.

  • Performing the role of key user for SAP and Rapid Response.

  • Ensuring the appropriate level of SKU inventory at the next point in the supply chain, including regulatory constraints.

  • Accountable for capacity and resource planning for the entire production unit for the tactical period based on demonstrated capacities or reasonable assumptions, and managing the available capacities that are proposed and approved within the S&OP cycle.

  • Leading action plans to achieve supply performance goals and encouraging continuous improvements.

What you will bring to the role:

  • University degree (BSc) in technical, economics,  logistics, or other area.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Knowledge of MS Office.

  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in SCM, procurement,  manufacturing, or similar positions is preferred.
