The Role
We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist who can drive conversions and engagement through creating and managing an impactful content strategy. This is not a writing-heavy role, as we have a pool of outsourced writers, but rather a marketing-focused position requiring a strong content strategist, editor, and social media manager.

You will be responsible for identifying the type of content needed to achieve our marketing objectives, ensuring it meets high-quality standards, promoting it via our marketing channels, and bringing measurable results. You should have a strong ability to edit, repurpose, and optimize content for various channels, with a focus on conversions. Additionally, you will oversee the performance of our social media strategy and develop Sales Enablement materials to support revenue growth.

Since our software serves a niche B2B tech market, gaining a deep understanding of our customers, industries, and use cases will be critical to your success. Experience in B2B tech startups, product marketing, or a related field will be highly advantageous.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop a deep understanding of Digify’s product, customer personas, industries, and competitors.
  • Create and execute a content strategy focused on driving conversions, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure content aligns with business goals.
  • Brief, manage and oversee external writers to scale content production while maintaining quality.
  • Act as the final editor, ensuring content meets high standards of relevance, quality, and impact.
  • Produce, oversee and promote content designed for specific marketing goals, such as:
    • SEO-optimized articles and landing page copy.
    • Customer case studies to showcase success stories.
    • Thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, and reports.
    • Engaging social media content tailored for platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Manage Digify’s social media presence, including creating and promoting content, monitoring engagement, and optimizing performance.
  • Develop and maintain Sales Enablement materials, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and product brochures to support the Sales team.
  • Analyze content and social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to create authoritative and valuable content.
  • Stay updated on content marketing trends, SEO best practices, and social media strategies to ensure Digify remains competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong editorial and strategic skills, with experience in content review, strategy, and optimization.
  • At least 2 years of experience in content marketing for a tech B2B company.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing content strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, social media management, and marketing funnels.
  • Experience creating and optimizing content for various channels, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Background in product marketing and copywriting is a significant plus.
  • Experience with backlink building is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
