We are looking for:
Advanced Systems Group is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Coordinator to support Sales and Resource Operations. This role ensures smooth coordination between the Sales teams, Account Managers, and Resource Managers. This role will own and coordinate internal processes related to quoting, contracts, purchase orders, and project coordination.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. They will have strong business acumen, an understanding of how to achieve business objectives, and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate official sales quote in Q360 for both Embedded and Flex teams
Generate and Input official quotes into Q360 and support ongoing sales efforts
Coordinate in managing and maintaining up-to-date rate cards, ensure they align with current pricing models and discount tables
Coordinate with managing quote request from Account Managers & Flex Intake form
Manage Project setup within Q360
Price List and Rate Card administration
Maintain the Sales Operations Sharepoint page with quoting information
Coordinate with sales, Resource Ops, and other internal teams to gather pricing, lead times, and other relevant details for the central repository in SharePoint
Providing sales and administrative support to the Account Manager and Resource Ops team to ensure smooth operations
Coordinate the organization and maintenance of contracts and associated data, including tracking contract lifecycle milestones and updating records as needed
Act as a liaison to facilitate communications between internal teams and clients, supporting Account Managers in maintaining customer relationships and providing project updates
Ensure timely and accurate data is captured on projects for profitability analysis
Coordinate sales support process functions, including pipeline management supporting our efforts to track and secure contracts marketing lead management, participating in meetings
Providing sales and administrative support to the Account Management team to ensure smooth operations
Management and upkeep of the Contracts and relevant data elements
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, and Project Management or related field
3-5 years of experience working in client-facing roles in sales support, and operations management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience with Paylocity strongly preferred
Working knowledge of Q360 strongly preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
This full-time role offers a salary of $57,000 - 80,000 annually depending on experience.
