About This Role

Stitch’s Operations team ensures that each of our functional areas have the data, processes and tools to operate at their best. This high-visibility role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with our management team to drive impactful internal initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a trusted partner to Stitch’s management team
    • Leveraging prior experience, challenge the status quo
    • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in tools and processes
    • Provide ongoing analysis, monitoring, and reporting on performance indicators
  • Lead internal initiatives with a focus on our Delivery organization
    • Support a wide array of operational areas including staffing, data management, team skills matrix, and project lifecycle
    • Design, refine, and implement processes and tools
  • Support company-wide initiatives
    • Support reporting of company objectives
    • Evaluate, implement and operate software platforms across the business

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience.
  • Prior delivery operations experience at a consulting firm preferred
  • Bonus points for previous experience working in Excel or Google Sheets
  • High intellectual curiosity
  • A self-starter with the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail, reliable and contentious
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
