The Operations Administration Manager drives and supports operational quality initiatives, program, processes, and change management to benefit store operations. In this role, the manager will work across departments (Operational and Support Center) representing operational interests, to streamline, manage, enhance, develop, and implement improved processes and policies. The manager possesses great awareness of the business with the ability to respond strategically to changing environments. They are highly successful independently and in collaboration with others. The Ops Admin Manager relies on professional leadership and sound practices to motivate and guide successful outcomes. 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Drives and supports the execution of initiatives to ensure Operations are efficient and align with business expectations.

  • Drives and supports operational programs, processes and initiatives. 

  • Lead and facilitate field operations process improvements.

  • Creates forward-looking integrated calendars and integrated retail Marketing & Contest Plans and programs.

  • Identify business practices that streamline field effectiveness to maximize customer impact.

  • Utilizes statistical data to respond to and improve areas of operations.

  • Contributions to and support multi-department team for the acquisition of stores and opening of De-Novo stores.

Critical and Essential Tasks

  • Manage and drive KPI results by partnering with support departments to ensure actions are field and customer focused.

  • Provide support and direction to field teams that assist in making their jobs easier, more efficient, and more profitable.

  • Develop and facilitate programs to improve the customer experience.

  • Manage, coordinate, and control timing on initiatives via Operations Activity Calendar

  • Establish expectations for existing programs and process development/improvements.

  • Early identifier of performance opportunities both systemically and by location.

  • Gain and maintain trust amongst Support Center teams.

  • Effective at identifying and removing roadblocks/obstacles for field operations.

  • Manage published accurate information on Operations policies, procedures, and initiatives.

  • Develop collaboratively and manage store assessment tools (Standard of Operations).

  • Create, coordinate, and review of timely operational communications.

  • Participate in developing system requirements, specifications, test, support, and training plans with new business processes, programs, and services.

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes to ensure consistent value delivery.

  • Report on adoption of business processes and other project success criteria.

Requirements

  • 5+ years retail business experience, preferably in pawn operations or retail operations. 

  • Proven leadership in operations project management, strategic communications, business processes and process improvement, establishing rules and procedures, building business cases, system requirements and determining and reporting on success criteria.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
