Job description

Protofire is looking for a Project Manager/Product Owner to join our DAO, to lead the team, and successfully deliver web3 projects.

Required:

Leadership experience as PM, PO or Tech lead for 5+ years
Agile Methodologies knowledge
Proactive and willing to take ownership of the projects and the product vision
Outstanding communication level with clients and teams
DeFi Protocol experience or knowledge
Architect mindset
DevOps direct experience (Desirable), or good understanding
Experience leading engineering teams in blockchain, crypto, or Web3 (Desirable)
Previous experience working as a developer
Good understanding of the roles of frontend (React) and Backend (NextJS, Rust, Go, Python), BA, QA, DevOps, PO, etc. Able to have deep tech discussions if necessary.
Experience working with containerization like Docker
A passion for decentralized, peer-to-peer systems and Web3 technologies

Bonus experience:

Wallets multisig
Business and customer-oriented mindset
Finance knowledge
Solidity
Familiarity with Non-EVM networks (big bonus)
