Senior ServiceNow Project Manager – Remote – Bilingual Dutch and English
Location: UK or Netherlands (Remote with occasional travel)
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations. This role requires collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to define and manage project goals, risks, resources, and timelines. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the smooth delivery of solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement across the business.
Day to Day you’ll…
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with client objectives and ServiceNow capabilities.
- Coordinate project activities, track progress, and adapt plans to ensure successful delivery while overseeing risk and change management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
- Lead and manage diverse teams, including client, vendor, and internal stakeholders, to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Statements of Work (SOW) and manage change order processes.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption and client satisfaction.
- Continuously assess and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
You’ll have…
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on Agile delivery and ServiceNow implementations.
- Certified SCRUM Master, with additional qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP preferred.
- Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions, ideally with CSA certification and familiarity with the Now Create methodology.
- Solid understanding of GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and SecOps (Security Operations).
- Fluency in both English and Dutch, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to project delivery and risk management.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA and beyond.
