Primary responsibilities:

  • Develops and manages all phases of the implementation lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
  • Serves as the primary contact for customers during the implementation process, communicating and collaborating clearly.
  • Identifies and addresses potential challenges or roadblocks promptly to minimize impact on project timelines.
  • Escalates critical issues when necessary, collaborating with relevant teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams, including engineering, customer success, and sales, to ensure all team members are aligned to deliver seamless and successful implementations.
  • Creates detailed and organized documentation for clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth transition post-implementation.
  • Defines, evaluates, and refines implementation processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develops and implements innovative solutions and best practices to optimize project delivery and team performance.


Who are you ideally?

  • 5+ years of professional experience in project management or a related field, experience in the construction or SaaS industry is preferred.
  • Proficient project management and implementation skills, including the ability to allocate resources efficiently and prioritize tasks appropriately
  • Consistent leadership abilities with strong collaboration and communication skills to foster teamwork and reach targets.
  • Expertise in risk assessment and anticipatory development of mitigation strategies.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a strong ability to align expectations and facilitate productive meetings across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Technical knowledge is an asset.

Our hiring process

  • Short introduction call with our People Business Partner.
  • Virtual meet and greet with the Director of Implementation.
  • Assignment-specific interview. We want you to get an insight into some of the work tasks related to the role, so you will be given a case to prepare after the initial screening interview. You will present the case to relevant colleagues from across Trackunit, who you’ll also work closely with in the job.
  • Personality-based interview. You will be asked to fill out an online personality assessment using use Hogan prior to the interview. There is no correct answers and we are not trying to categorize you - the aim is a dialogue about the results and Trackunit’s culture, so you’ll get to know us better as well.
  • If needed, throughout the process we will obtain references from former employers.
  • Offer presentation and walk-through. We’re delighted to have you!
