What You’ll Do:
As a Principal Strategic Finance Analyst, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), providing critical financial insights and leadership across Liberty. Acting as a key strategic point-person, you’ll:

Drive Financial Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to define and execute financial strategies, evaluate investment opportunities, and guide long-term planning. Lead complex sensitivity analyses and “what-if” scenarios to evaluate the financial implications of strategic decisions.

Deliver Advanced Financial Modeling: Develop sophisticated models for P&L forecasting, scenario planning, and decision support. Lead complex analyses to evaluate strategic decisions.

Shape Enterprise Budgets: Manage enterprise-wide budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans, ensuring alignment with Liberty's goals.

Support Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with department heads and business units to align financial goals with operational objectives and achieve company-wide success.

Provide Executive Reporting: Deliver high-impact financial reports and presentations to C-suite executives, board members, and investors, translating complex data into actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a finance leader with a proven track record of success in strategic finance and financial planning. Ideal candidates will bring:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA strongly preferred.

Experience: 10+ years progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting. Familiarity working closely with PE investment firm highly preferred.

Technical Expertise: Mastery of financial modeling, advanced Excel, and scenario analysis. Familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is essential.

Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to synthesize data, forecast outcomes, and make impactful recommendations.

Leadership & Communication: Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.
Please note that the range listed represents the full base salary range for this role. Typically, offers are not made at the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
