The Role: Chat-based only. Responsible for answering inquiries relating to the company’s products and services, assisting customers with sales, informing clients of products and/or services or add-ons that may or may not have been considered previously, has the ability to work under pressure, able to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Understand Wing’s different offerings and the value that we provide for each industry through each vertical to answer questions and offer additional value to the customer
Report unusual activity to management
Asked open-ended questions to assess customer needs
Compiling a daily list of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department, and providing sales data and guides to the sales department.
Recording sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies.
Manage concurrent chats
Promote and communicate to customers current marketing campaigns and promotions
Adhoc tasks
Qualifications:
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
3+ years of experience with sales chat-based customer support or related role
Comfortable with Chat-based Service tools (Zendesk, FreshDesk, Zoho, etc.)
Comfortable with Mac, Windows, Chrome, iOS, Android, and video call communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc)
Understanding of online software (SaaS) services and/or technology-based solutions
Positive attitude with the desire to contribute to the success of the company and the ability to remain professional while under pressure from customers
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Above average typing speed
