JOB DESCRIPTION


In this position, you'll work closely with investors and sellers to negotiate property deals, using your sales skills to secure the best terms and prices. As you progress with us, you'll receive comprehensive support and resources to help you excel in real estate sales. WORK SCHEDULE


Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM


JOB REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Confidently negotiate property terms and pricing
  • Perform daily property evaluations
  • Exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Consistently meet or surpass daily KPIs
  • Work with a supportive team focused on your success
  • No real estate license? Don’t worry, we’ll assist you in obtaining it and cover the educational expenses!

PAY STRUCTURE


Twelve weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned. Upon completion of training, the base pay is changed to $14.60 per hour against commission. Our top reps earn anywhere between $5,000 and $12,000 each month in commissions. We’ll review the commission structure in detail during the interview process.
