Job description

• Build and optimize workflows in HubSpot Sales, including CRM setup, automation rules, and sales pipelines.

 
Design scalable processes for client onboarding, lead management, and marketing.

• 
Troubleshoot and refine existing automation and integrations for efficiency.

 
Create detailed, user-friendly SOPs for all critical business processes (e.g., CRM usage, social media posting, email campaigns).

 
Manage freelancers and ensure quality deliverables within timelines.

 
Develop workflows for client interactions, including scheduling and feedback collection.

 
Identify and implement tools to streamline business operations.

 
Analyze processes and provide recommendations for scalability and efficiency.
