Core Duties

We are looking for a professional and experienced product manager with a passion for the market-facing aspects of the role. This position will have responsibility for and executing the product roadmap for one or more of Patra’s leading-edge technology products and solutions. This position will collaborate with the product & engineering teams to drive the overall execution for the complete product lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

Product Execution: partner with engineering teams to deliver against roadmap priorities.
Prioritize feature backlog & lead refinement sessions with engineering teams
Build relationships with internal and external clients and be the voice of the customer when building our product roadmap priorities
Manage product roadmap for 1 or more assigned products
Organize product releases and client communication
Define product requirements at the feature/user story level
Partner with design team to create “lovable” experiences for our users.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, required
3+ years of SaaS/ cloud-based product management experience required
Significant experience in product lifecycle management & working in an agile environment
Customer success/support experience is a plus
Insurance industry experience a plus.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Proven ability to work with information technology and product development organizations
Strong understanding of modern product management principles and frameworks
Experience with modern development stacks and Scaled Agile product development methodologies
Strategic thinker with a bias towards action, experimentation and iterative improvement
Ability to be creative strategically and hands-on technically - willing to roll up sleeves with engineering at times
Establish strong and collaborative working relationships with multiple functions across the organization
Quantitative skills with ability to analyze and package/present data for decision-making
Strong ability to execute
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
