Job Summary:

The Financial Planning Administrator will be responsible for supporting the financial planning and advisory team with various administrative tasks, including the preparation of new business packs for clients. This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within a compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble new business packs for clients, including gathering all necessary documents and forms
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring all compliance requirements are met
  • Maintain and update client records and files, both physical and digital
  • Provide administrative support to the financial planning and advisory team as needed
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties to obtain necessary information and documentation
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and organization of the financial planning department

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar financial planning or administrative role
  • Strong understanding of financial services compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a financial advisory or wealth management firm
  • Knowledge of financial planning software and tools

Work Schedule:

  • 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Manila
