This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the Pacific and Mountain Time Zones of the United States.
As a Solutions Engineer Manager, you will lead a team of experienced Solutions Engineers (SEs) who are passionate about helping customers unlock the full potential of Fullstory. Reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering, you will work closely with sales leadership across Growth, Commercial, and Enterprise segments to drive strategy, develop creative solutions, and architect long-term visions for our customers.
In this role, you will serve as a critical liaison between our customers, partners, and internal Product and Engineering teams. You will provide valuable feedback and contribute to internal projects that strengthen our competitive advantage and enhance our platform's capabilities. This is a high-impact role where you will foster a culture of excellence, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to Fullstory's continued growth.
In a typical day, you might:
Mentor a team of 6 Solutions Engineers, and equip them with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to effectively demonstrate Fullstory's value proposition.
Establish a strong relationship with sales leadership to develop account strategies, identify opportunities, and find creative solutions.
Develop and enable the team on compelling demos that showcase the value of the latest features and product offerings.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and aligning Fullstory's solutions with their objectives.
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and contribute to the development of Fullstory's platform.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
5+ years of SaaS experience in solutions engineering, sales strategy, sales enablement, or a related field. Experience with behavioral data is a plus.
Proven experience in leading a team.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with enterprise customers is preferred.
