Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Process Specialist-Ops with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OTC Brokerage - Trade & Commission Reconciliations and OTC - Basic Information system. This role involves working from home during day shifts with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our investment banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trade reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide support for OTC investigations and reconciliations.
• Manage broker fees payables and internal stakeholders efficiently.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of investment banking operations.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and issues.
• Manage multiple products like FX Equity Swaps MM IRD/IRS Bonds etc
• Trade Reconciliations to streamline processes.
• Implement Macro or Digital tools to ease reconciliation and validate brokerage calculations
• Basic Information system to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in the development of new processes and systems.
• Provide training and support to junior team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess strong knowledge of TLM
• Trade Reconciliations.
• Have experience in OTC
• Basic Information system.
• Demonstrate expertise in OTC Invstgn/Recon-Nstr/Dept.
• Show proficiency in managing OTC Brok Fees Payb&Rcv
• Have a solid background in investment banking operations.
• Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certifications Required

Certified Investment Banking Operations Professional (CIBOP) or equivalent certification.
