We are growing and looking for a Lead Market Research Analyst who will ensure that the team delivers high-quality insights and actionable recommendations, enabling us to create the best products.

What will be on your task list:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Market Research Analysts, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Set team goals and priorities, aligning them with company objectives and KPIs, .
  • Act as the key point of contact between the Market Research team and other departments, facilitating seamless communication and cooperation.
  • Develop and implement strategies for identifying and testing potential digital educational product ideas.
  • Guide the team in conducting in-depth market research to analyze trends, audience preferences, and competitor offerings.
  • Deliver high-quality, actionable insights and detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the execution of testing strategies, including campaign design, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement and scale validated product ideas efficiently.
  • Present research findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.

Requirements

Skill pack for high-quality performance:

  • Written and spoken English is at Upper-Intermediate level;
  • 4+ years of experience in market research or strategy development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing effective strategies for product or topic validation.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and their application in market research.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
