What You'll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.

  • Assist in creating budgets and financial forecasts to support business planning.

  • Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and implement solutions.

  • Stay updated on technical accounting standards and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles, especially for small businesses (25–50 employees).

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Google Suite, and other accounting software.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
