As a Business Analyst at Awara IT, you will be crucial in supporting the sales teams, the business leadership team, and various internal operations teams. Your primary responsibility will be to assist Awara IT practitioners in navigating the company's internal sales processes. Key services you will provide include lead and opportunity pipeline management support, sales reporting and analysis for leadership, and internal sales processes and tools support for sales teams. A Business analyst focuses on establishing efficient structures, processes, and programs that contribute to sales success, regardless of specific sales individuals. This position reports to the Business Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring strict compliance with discipline and process standards, focusing on achieving excellence in execution.

  • Promoting the effective and consistent use of systems and tools, including regular checks of CRM, ERP, and BI system performance.

  • Data analysis: collecting, studying, and interpreting sales and performance data to find areas for improvement and develop strategies.

  • Providing real-time insights into team performance through Business Intelligence (BI) reports.

  • Improving forecasting accuracy to support better teamwork among sales representatives.

  • Conducting detailed analysis to compare individual performance within the sales team.

  • Analyzing business processes, creating solutions, and offering recommendations for optimization. Modeling business processes.

  • Supporting the implementation of solutions and managing changes.

  • Acting as a subject matter expert to encourage the effective use of both new and existing processes and tools, improving internal and external communication.

  • Gathering feedback from the supported area and providing constructive input to engineering and sales teams to improve the tools' functionality.
