Job description

SUMMARY:

The Business System Analyst III will work closely with business stakeholders and the development teams to analyze customer needs, identify processes improvements, design efficient solutions, and help with implementations, integrations, and enhancements to our enterprise platforms. This position will be part of a dynamic team that helps stakeholders with all their technological needs. Our team possesses a diverse skill set and is committed to continuous improvement. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs
  • Design, develop, and implement work items to the needs of the organization
  • Work with technical teams to ensure of solutions utility
  • Build relationships with stakeholders from various departments
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure system adoption
  • Assist team in solutioning and issue resolution and outcome documentation
  • Help define the roadmap and prioritize with the team
  • Create artifacts that would help the team or stakeholders move things forward
  • Perform testing, guide acceptance, and assist with deployment activities
  • Coach and mentor junior members of the team
  • Look for continuously improving processes for the benefit of customers and the team
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Great experience interacting with stakeholders and helping define the requirements
  • Demonstratable experience with enterprise applications development life cycle
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud is preferred
  • Eager to learn new technologies like Einstein, CRM Analytics, Chatbots, AI, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing abilities
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem solving; detail oriented
  • Flexibility to work overtime
