Job description

Title:                            Client Transition Analyst

Location:                   Remote

Reports to:                Manager, Client Transition

Job Summary: The Client Transition Administrator works directly with the Client Transition Managers to set up new plans in applicable TPA systems – Billing System, Relius and Salesforce – and performs tasks related to document delivery for Pentegra 3(16) clients.  The administrator also works directly with the Billing Team to perform billing for newly onboarded plans. The Client Transition Administrator also works directly with clients, advisors and others and performs tasks related to transitioning new clients to Pentegra for the Solo(k) plans, Defined Benefit plans, Consulting engagements and 3(16) Overlay plans.  

Responsibilities:

Onboarding New & Takeover Plans

    • Provide Solo(k) Plan Documents, including request forms for Trust EIN, to Advisor and Clients
    • Relius Admin System Setup – full setup including plan-level and census-level data, conversion and transfer balance input by participant and source, beginning account balances and other activity.  
    • 3(16) Mailings - Initial enrollment and notice mailing to participants; any other required mailings  

New TPA Plan Systems Setup

    • Fee/Billing system
      • Setup new plans
        • general plan data
        • individual fees according to service agreement
        • verify and add current participant count and asset amount 
      • Ad Hoc fee entry
        • Determination of amount to retro-bill and entry of applicable fees 
        • Entry of installation fees 
    • Relius
      • Setup employer and plan
    • Salesforce
      • Update records and confirm amount to post to revenue

Updates for Existing Business

    • Update Contact Changes in Salesforce
    • Billing System, Salesforce and auxiliary systems updates for plan changes, conversions, pricing updates, etc. 

Fee Disclosure and QDIA Notices

  • Prepare initial notices
  • Coordinate update of notices in accordance with changes throughout the year
  • Other special projects, as needed

Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 2-Years college or comparable experience; 1-3 years of work experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications/software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Pentegra fee/billing system, and general TPA billing a plus
  • Ability to work as part of a team while independently managing a personal workload with minimal supervision.
