This is a remote position.
Scope:
Minimum 20 hours per week
Monday to Friday anywhere between 8 AM to 5 PM Miami, FL time
Operate during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
Utilize recommended software tools for research and outreach
Collaborate remotely with you and potentially other team members
Adapt to evolving strategies and feedback to optimize lead generation efforts
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential paid speaking engagements, including conferences, podcasts, and TV shows
Reach out to event organizers, conference planners, and other relevant contacts via email and occasionally phone
Follow up consistently with prospects to secure speaking opportunities
Use online resources and databases to gather contact information for decision-makers
Schedule calls between you and interested parties using tools like Calendly
Maintain organized records of outreach efforts and results
Provide regular updates on lead generation progress and pipeline
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong research and internet navigation skills
Proficiency in using email and basic office software
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience with lead generation or sales prospecting (preferred)
Familiarity with the speaking industry or event planning (a plus)
