We are looking for a highly motivated Art Producer to join our team
As an Art Producer, you will play a key role in managing the art production process, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality assets for our games.

● Determine priorities and manage production schedules.
● Build a collaborative work environment and leverage the strengths of team members.
● Establish a streamlined production infrastructure.
● Manage the full art-producing life cycle and building work plans and timetables.
● Planning and control of the project budget against the project costs and project revenues
● Monitoring the progress of the project, raising red "flags" ahead of time, and building metrics.
● Provide guidance and support to artists throughout the production cycle.
● Utilize project management software for efficient task management.
● Flexibility and ability to cope with rapid movements and changes in tasks.
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
● Proven experience in game project management in an art studio environment.
● Strong organizational and leadership skills.
● Time management and prioritization skills
● Familiarity with project management software (Assana/Monday…)
● Background in the gaming industry – an advantage
● Multitasking and Proactive problem-solving abilities.
● Self-motivated and results-driven.
● Excellent English communication skills.
