About the role
We are looking to expand our team of data engineers to help us create highly-durable, highly-scalable and highly-loved data solutions for our partners. We believe in innovations, so you will only be using cutting edge technologies and constantly add to your skillset to produce outstanding results.
As a data engineer at Infinite Lambda, you will be involved in everything from writing custom code for data pipelines (batch and streaming) to using ETL tools, implementing data warehouse models (SQL), supporting existing processes and generally doing DevOps tasks on the cloud.
Start Date: February 2025
Contract duration: Permanent contract through EOR
Daily Requirement: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Timezone: available to work Pacific Time Zone hours
Location: Argentina, Chile, Canada or Brazil

Intro call with TABP: 45 minutes
TPF (Technical Progression Framework) Interview with Engineering Team: 90 minutes
EPF (Engineering Progression Framework) Interview with Engineering Team: 60 minutes
Cultural Chat: 45 minutes
Requirements
This is an exciting role that requires an impressive tech stack along with an amazing personality to thrive in our dynamic and diverse environment.
You will need 5+ years of experience to qualify for the position as well as:
Programming Languages: Python
Cloud Providers: AWS, GCP, Azure (Azure is preferred)
Data Warehousing: Snowflake, Databricks (must-have), Redshift, Greenplum, Oracle, DB2 or similar (Must have experience with Snowflake or Databricks)
Data Pipelining Tools: Snowplow, Fivetran, dbt (must-have)
Data Governance and Cataloging: MSFT Purview (preferred), Alation, Collibra, or similar
Relational Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft or similar
NoSQL Databases: MongoDB (Atlas), Cassandra, DynamoDB or similar
Streaming Technologies: Kinesis, Kafka or Google PubSub or similar
Containers & Container Orchestration: Docker & Kubernetes
Workflow Orchestration: Airflow, Cadence Workflow
OS: Linux, MacOS
Version Control: Git
Big Data stack: Spark, EMR, Hadoop, Hive, Presto
