Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies. We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. We offer Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, and Video to our clients by creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that allow our clients to hit their SQL targets, every time.
This role reports to the VP of Marketing and is a pivotal part of our Internal Marketing team. The Corporate Communications Manager will elevate the quality and consistency of our brand voice by owning content editing, managing social media presence, overseeing email marketing campaigns, and ensuring the strategic alignment of all marketing communications. A key aspect of this role is to champion and enhance Directive Consulting’s brand story, creating authentic and impactful content that communicates our value and mission to internal and external audiences.
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as the primary editor for all marketing content, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic goals.
Manage Directive’s social media channels, including planning, scheduling, and posting content that drives engagement and reflects our unique brand voice.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, email, and thought leadership articles.
Lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and retain customers.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publishing of marketing materials.
Partner with marketing leadership to weave Directive’s brand story into all communications, amplifying our position as the go-to agency for B2B SaaS.
Drive collaboration between teams to build and share our incredible content.
Develop and maintain a quality control process for all marketing deliverables.
Monitor content performance metrics and optimize strategies for greater engagement and effectiveness.
Ensure the accurate implementation of the company’s tone, voice, and messaging across all communication channels.
What You Offer
4+ years of experience in corporate communications, content marketing, or a related field, preferably within the B2B SaaS or agency marketing space
Exceptional editing and proofreading skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
Experience managing and growing social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, for a professional brand.
Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and campaign management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Knowledge of performance marketing principles, with a focus on driving measurable results.
Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content and campaign performance.
A passion for storytelling and brand-building, with a keen ability to communicate a compelling and consistent brand narrative.

Work Environment Requirements
As a remote-first company, you’ll have the ability to work from anywhere in the US. For some positions, as posted, we will accommodate global opportunities where we have established businesses, including Canada, Mexico, and the UK. For global locations, you must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in that country.
This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication, must have reliable internet access, and a professional background.
