Position Summary:

The Marketing Associate is an integral part of Translational Sciences marketing, executing key aspects of overall marketing strategies and tactics including account-based marketing, competitor and market research, webinars, and conferences. The Marketing Associate will also support the development of content including brochures, product info sheet, web site content, white papers and blog articles. In addition, the Marketing Associate will coordinate with vendors to deploy advertisements and content marketing, will support the design and deployment of LinkedIn ad campaigns, email marketing campaigns, along with tracking results using various analytics tools and dashboards. This is a crucial role to support the growth of Precision for Medicine, and one that will have a measurable impact on the overall success of the company.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

  • Works closely with the Director of Marketing to develop, deploy, track, and measure results for marketing campaigns across multiple areas
  • Supports the development of marketing content including brochures, info sheets, case studies, and web site content
  • Coordinates the marketing calendars for multiple product lines to ensure timely deployment of assets
  • Partners with Precision’s design team to develop marketing materials
  • Communicates with and manages vendors – for support services, ad space, etc.
  • Creates and deploys email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Supports lead qualification and lead handoff to the Business Development team
  • Measures and reports on results and marketing metrics
  • Supports content and thought leadership initiatives including webinars, white papers, and conference talks
  • Works closely with other marketing teams to ensure activities are coordinated with other business units across Precision
  • Carry out other duties/projects as assigned

 

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing or other relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 years of related work experience 

Other Required:

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Experience deploying digital ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Experience working with marketing/advertising vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively project manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to collaborate effectively
  • Ability to effectively work remotely
  • Must be able to read, write, speak fluently and comprehend the English language

Preferred:

    • Experience with Hubspot, Marketo, or some other marketing automation platform
    • Copywriting proficiency (support copy development including value propositions, calls to action, etc.)

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
