Position Overview

Offering a suite of transparency services, Xogene is a leader in innovative technologies and expert services to meet global clinical trial transparency. Combining deep transparency expertise with a modern technology stack, Xogene provides software solutions to automate tedious processes and track myriad studies, regulations, and statuses. Our four unique technology solutions offer different ways to streamline and enhance various aspects of the trial process, including study design, patient recruitment, data collection, monitoring, and analysis. These technologies contribute to improving efficiency, quality and participant experience in clinical trials.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong focus on UX/UI and web design to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing growth and success. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing designs that effectively communicate brand messages working on both client and internal initiatives. You will collaborate with our Technology team to develop innovative and creative solutions for our various digital projects.

Key Responsibilities

Create and design graphics for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with the product and development teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
Conduct user research, useability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and enhance designs.
Create and maintain a design system that ensures brand consistency across all design projects and platforms.
Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts.
