We are seeking an outstanding Documentation Specialist to join our team

Position Title: Documentation Specialist

Location: Remote - Latin America

What you will be doing:

We are looking for a Document Specialist to manage technical drawings, catalog data for import into the document management system, and ensure the accuracy of imported data. You will collaborate with supervisors and IT to track and verify data batches, review and update redlined drawings, and contribute to data integrity projects. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Excel, strong data entry skills, and experience with CAD systems. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Review technical drawings on network drives and identify drawings that need to be imported into the document management system​
  • Prepare Excel-based batch import sheets cataloging drawings and associated metadata​
  • Interface with Supervisor and IT to process batches and track pending and completed batches​
  • Verify the accuracy of imported data in the document management system after the import​
  • Other data integrity and migration projects as needed​
  • Review redlined drawings and incorporate changes into updated CAD files​
  • Verify the accuracy of changes with subject matter experts


Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, inconsistencies or lack of data.​
  • Must be proficient with computers and have working knowledge with Excel and using formulas.​
  • Data Entry: Fast typing skills​
  • CAD Experience
