We are looking to add an ambitious Digital Enterprise Sales Director to our NavTrac team! We are seeking a competitive hunter with a strong detail hook, who listens intently and manages complex sales cycles expertly through a consultative approach.
NavTrac enhances facility efficiency and security with gate and yard visibility tools that automate manual processes like gate check-ins and yard checks using on-site cameras. The platform provides real-time tracking, inventory reporting, damage detection, and analytics through searchable dashboards and configurable notifications, improving accountability and operational visibility.
You will partner with prospects and clients and identify technical solutions to solve their business challenges through a consultative sales approach. You’re curious, driven and a true optimist who is adept at building rapport with both prospects and clients. The Digital Enterprise Sales Director has a strong sense of urgency to achieve their mission while having fun along the way!

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:Drive complex sales cycles for logistics SaaS solutions to Enterprise Accounts from initial contact to successful onboarding within a fast-paced sales environmentHunt down new opportunities to build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customersDeliver new opportunities through self-generated prospecting efforts Constantly refine your sales skills with sales management and sales enablement as well as seek and apply constructive feedback to constantly refine your approachActively share customer feedback and your own observations with Loadsmart’s Product and Engineering teams to enhance value for your customersBecome a subject matter expert on our business, including processes, operations, the competitive landscape, and remaining up-to-date on industry newsParticipate as an active member of our collaborative sales team and contribute to our culture of sales success while having the autonomy to own the full sales cycle.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:7 years of selling experience with documented success in complex sales cycles in the logistics industry Freight Tech Experience, preferably with AI, Computer vision or OCRExperience selling to enterprise customers and Fortune 1000 accounts Proven experience negotiating contract terms and conditions with decision-makersDesire to prospect pipeline - a Hunters mentality Ability to serve as a trusted advisor throughout the full sales cycleWORKING AT LOADSMART
