The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
This Executive Assistant position will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) of Solventum and provide high-level executive administrative support.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and discretion with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to support the CLO.
- Proactively managing the CLO’s calendar and communications, including monitoring email and calendar appointments to ensure superior responsiveness to business partners and external parties.
- Coordinating multiple complex calendars across the Legal Affairs team, including scheduling meetings, events, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Managing all travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas.
- Preparing and submitting all required documentation and reports, including materials to onboard vendors, statements of work, purchase orders, expense reports, and other documents supporting the functioning of the CLO and the Legal Affairs team.
- Drafting and revising Word documents and PowerPoint presentations using approved branded materials.
- Coordinating and preparing agendas and logistics for meetings, including room bookings, catering arrangements, and technical support.
- Performing other tasks as assigned, including serving as a back-up to other Executive Assistants and supporting ongoing projects of the Legal Affairs team.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university AND Five (5) years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a Senior Vice President or above.
OR
- High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND Ten (10) years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a Senior Vice President or above.
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Two (2) years of experience supporting legal personnel including at a law firm or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in using Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and other tools and technology, including travel and expense management systems, such as Concur.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, including the ability work after regular work hours as needed.

- Superior discretion and professionalism, including the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Work location: Remote USA
Travel: May include up to 20% domestic/international (depending on work location)

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $94,018 - $114,911, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
