Job description

The CSnx Tester will be responsible for testing and validating the functionality, performance, and reliability of the CSnx system to ensure it meets the required standards and client expectations. This role involves designing, executing, and documenting test cases, identifying defects, and working closely with developers and business analysts to resolve issues.

Key Requirements and Responsibilities:

Attention to detail
Knowledge of DC processes in the Warehouse/Logistics Space
AS400 knowledge as CSnx is similar to that
Think outside the box to determine different scenarios to be tested based on business knowledge
SAP knowledge useful as items will be feeding to CSnx and out of CSnx from S4 /MDG
Solman will be taught (our Current Testing Tool)
Guidelines will be provided on how to write up Test Scripts and Testing Ways of Working
Assist with Defect resolution. – Log defects, provide feedback on issues, offer possible solutions to the Functionals and Developers (SAP or CSnx)
Liaise with BA’s to validate E2E testing, Validation of Business Processes
User Role Testing for BI and EC using different userid’s.
Testing using Migrated data and validating the data migration.

Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for the CSnx system.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Prepare and present test reports and progress updates.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
