Senior Brand Manager

We are a leading DIY tax software company seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our team. This role focuses on building and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive product awareness, differentiation, and alignment with our overarching brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand strategy, product marketing, and cross-functional collaboration to bring our vision to life across all consumer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with the Director of Brand Strategy to refine and implement the overarching brand vision and strategy.
• Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels and campaigns.
• Drive alignment between product features and brand positioning to resonate with target audiences.

Product Marketing Leadership

• Serve as central point of contact product management teams to craft compelling value propositions for product offerings.
• Develop product launch plans and go-to-market strategies that align with brand goals.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform product positioning and differentiation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the brand liaison between product management, marketing, and design teams.
• Align internal stakeholders on brand priorities and marketing plans.
• Work closely with performance marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

Consumer Insights & Competitive Analysis

• Leverage research, data, and analytics to understand target audiences and refine messaging.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies for brand and product initiatives.

Education And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in product marketing, integrated marketing, or brand management, experience in e-commerce is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading successful brand campaigns and product launches.
• Accomplished brand strategist with significant experience implementing brand strategy across business functions & tactics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
