The Opportunity
- Provides operational leadership, management, and oversight in the development of current and new process improvement programs to address practice line operations performance.
- Works with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, site-based personnel, consultants, and managers to develop and implement new programs, from concept to delivery. Analyzes the impact and success of these programs.
- Analyzes and draw insightful impressions from objective data, "human intelligence," and other forms of investigation to identify process and organizational issues in need of improvement. Analyzes performance data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Provides expertise and operational support to data acquisition and management, including developing dashboards and score cards.
- Ensures deliveries of the projects and programs that support strategical goals of CEP and MedAmerica.
- Provides oversight to division operations, projects, programs, and personnel.
- Has a high level of understanding for scope, goals, and metrics for practice line, as well as in-depth knowledge of local site conditions, personnel, and performance.
- Implements, coordinates and executes policies and operational initiatives for practice line.
- Provides operational support including revenue cycle management, educational programs, and Business Development support.
- Acts as department liaison and resource for external departments.
- Establishes standards and objectives for department personnel, defining expectations and goals based on individual skill sets.
- Reviews performance evaluations on a semi-annual basis and conducts annual performance reviews and goal setting.
- Meets regularly with department personnel, as a group and individually as needed.
- Oversees the recruitment, hiring, training, and counseling of department employees.
- Conducts staffing analyses, gap analyses, and forecasts department staffing needs. Prepares proposals and evaluates opportunities for growth and expanded practice line functions.
- Compiles, maintains, and disseminates department resources and communication.
- Manages practice line metrics and reports to leadership regularly.
- Travels as needed to practice locations for personnel and project support.
- Provides management and executive support to Practice Line physician leadership.
- Manages practice line and physician meetings.
- Provides project management and project support on an ad hoc basis for organizational/department initiatives as needed.
Required Experience And Competencies
- Bachelor's level education in related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, with physicians, and in a service industry preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in complex project management and managing healthcare related projects preferred.
- 1-3 years of managing multiple direct reports preferred.
- Experience in program development and project management concepts preferred.
- Strong communication skills required - both oral and written. Strong report writing skills.
- Strong project management skills required - some familiarity with Lean and Agile preferred.
- Exceptional Data analysis and interpretation and visualization skills.
- Tech Savviness - ability to adapt to new tools and software to best utilize them in a business setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Demonstrated ability to handle detailed work accurately and quickly, to work to deadlines on multiple projects, to work as a team member in a collaborative and participatory manner, and to interact both in person and over the phone with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Polished public speaking skills with an ability to present to all types of audiences.
- Thorough working knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Word).

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $91,130 - $113,915, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company's annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
