Job Title: Operations Manager
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 4000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing marketing, transaction coordination, HR, and operational strategies. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role offers a profit-sharing structure, fostering alignment between company and candidate success. Additionally, the Operations Manager will need to integrate AI into our business and spearhead large strategic initiatives, particularly in entering the development market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end processes across marketing, sales, and transactions, ensuring KPI tracking and operational excellence.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, driving accountability and performance improvements.
  • Develop and refine SOPs for recruiting, onboarding, and team management.
  • Spearhead marketing initiatives, optimize communication automation, and explore new market opportunities.
  • Resolve transaction issues swiftly and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
  • Lead performance reviews, team goal-setting, and high-impact project execution.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to align operations with long-term strategic goals and scalability initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within real estate or land development.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing tools, and data analytics.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently resolve challenges.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in marketing operations or real estate.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for ownership.
  • Experience with process improvement and team leadership in remote settings.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for automation and efficiency.
