Your Job


As an Ad Operations Manager at Sparteo, your primary mission will be to oversee the smooth execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (including specific platforms like Google Ad Manager, DV360, or other relevant DSPs/SSPs). You will be responsible for working closely with internal teams (sales, account management, tech) and external stakeholders to ensure campaign success, performance tracking, and client satisfaction, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and solutions within the team.

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across different advertising platforms (e.g., display, video, audio).
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure campaigns are aligned with client KPIs and goals.
  • Communicate clear performance benchmarks and provide regular updates.
  • Leverage specific tools and ad servers for campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization, ensuring a high level of technical proficiency.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Dive deep into data to analyze performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement within the campaign lifecycle and propose new solutions.
  • Ensure the reliable and efficient execution of campaigns, while also suggesting performance improvements to optimize ROI.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Account Management, and Tech) to ensure seamless campaign operations.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal development teams to solve complex issues.
  • Communicate effectively about progress, challenges, and opportunities for campaign improvements.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Train and mentor new team members on campaign management best practices.
  • Act as a team lead on certain projects, helping to ensure knowledge-sharing and process standardization.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the ad operations team.


Your profile for this job

  • Experience: Proven background in ad operations, programmatic advertising, or a similar field, with experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across various platforms. A solid understanding of major ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, and other programmatic tools is required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, and other digital advertising technologies. Experience in troubleshooting ad delivery and performance issues is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, provide actionable insights, and drive campaign optimizations.
  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Quick learner with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience in working closely with cross-functional teams and fostering team growth.
