Did you know that an ancient Roman Aqueduct initially cost 12 million sesterces but ended up costing more than 30 million? Big projects have always been problematic to humanity - we want to fix that.
We build AI and sell SaaS to help people who deal with very large projects. If someone is building a nuclear plant or a data center, they need a special kind of software to organize and prioritize their work.

💼 What will you do in the role?
We are a product-centric company that ships code in an agile way. We believe in working code over perfect code. We like Spikes to test unknowns. We believe in tests. We believe in iterations. And we understand that knowing when to take a shortcut is part skill, part art.
We ship features using interdisciplinary squads, each squad being the owner of part of the product. As part of a squad, you will work collaboratively with Product, Software Development and Design to develop AI that the user understands and trusts. You will balance your time between features that are driven solely by our users and customers, and blue-sky features that our customers could never have imagined.
- Python. Python. Python. A lot of production-grade Python.
- Pick the right framework for the job, whether it's a fancy LLM or some good ol’ regression
- Build POCs to get fast feedback, whether from internal or external stakeholders
- Develop algorithms that generate new insights from complex, structured data
- Translate complex AI concepts to simple user-stories
🔥We're Looking For Someone With
- Ambition to be a world-leading expert
- Appetite and capacity to keep up with emerging technologies.
- MSc or higher in STEM
- 3+ years of Data Science experience in product-centric SaaS
- 3+ years of writing production-grade Python and you care about technical debt & documentation
- End-to-end ownership of AI models, from algorithm selection/development, to tuning/training, performance evaluation and debugging
- Familiar with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

- Worked in truly agile teams (2 week sprints, interdisciplinary squads, performing PR reviews)
- Experience using AI-assistants during development (e.g., Claude, Copilot)
- You have some LLM development experience
- Familiarity with TypeScript
- Working with Docker images and model/container orchestration

- You are self-sufficient, solution-driven, and love to see the impact of your work and team
- You are comfortable with back-of-the-envelope POC model development/testing and data-driven evaluations.
- You can take complex, fuzzy problems and boil them down into simple, elegant, and lovely solutions that are good enough, rather than perfect. You’re pragmatic and impact focused: you will choose Excel over Python if it answers a question faster.
- You've innovated solutions with imperfect data and open-ended requirements.
- You have a solid understanding of statistics, you know how to evaluate model performance and uncertainty, you can perform hypothesis testing, you can evaluate the pros and cons of the algorithms you’re familiar with.
