Job Title: Sales Development Representative – Hospitality

Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Miami Time Zone)

Compensation: $1,200-$1,500/month + commission (based on assessment)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. In this role, you’ll identify and engage potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule impactful meetings to drive sales opportunities. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, ideally within hospitality, and a proven ability to conduct high-volume outbound calls. We offer comprehensive training to equip you for success in this role and provide ongoing support to foster growth and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential hospitality clients through targeted cold calling, aiming for a daily volume of 150-200 calls to build a robust pipeline.

  • Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and aligning our solutions to add value.

  • Schedule appointments and set up meetings for our account executives to advance the sales process and close deals.

  • Accurately track and update lead information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and seamless follow-up.

  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with prospective clients, prioritizing long-term engagement and fostering customer loyalty.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies, improve lead quality, and optimize our sales processes.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Appointment Setting, or high-energy sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to conduct high-volume outbound calls.

  • Experience with CRM tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling.

  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and understanding of guest services, hotel operations, or customer engagement solutions is a plus.

  • Availability and willingness to work within the Miami timezone (Eastern Standard Time).
