Technical Consultant

• Initiate projects by conducting a discovery meeting with a customer interested in engaging a project service. This identifies the practicality and scope of the project.
• Monitor and control the execution of the project.  Audit solutions created by the development teams, provide frequent delivery of increments to the customer to obtain feedback, and ensure development of expected solutions
• Deliver finished products to the customer.  Receive customer acknowledgement of delivery of project at or above customer expectations, and hand off project to customer.
• Monitor utilized effort against the estimate to ensure the work stays within budget; raising risks and issues to the customer or internally as appropriate.
• The project lead is responsible for setting and managing customer expectations of scope, schedule and risk.  
• They will always use clear and transparent communication with the customer.

Business Analyst

• • Generate language and estimates for a Statement of Work (SOW) by outlining the work to be completed, and the estimated time/resources needed to complete the project. 
  • Collaborate with the customer on the project deliverables and with internal development teams to ensure the project will utilize existing functionality and is supportable in the long term.
  • Must be able to clearly document customer requirements, outcomes and deliverables.  
  • Must be able to articulate solutions to people with varying levels of technical knowledge.

BI Developer

• • Must have a good working knowledge of database concepts (table relationships, basic data extraction SQL queries, etc)

• • The consultant will need to deliver Celigo based integrations between the Encompass platforms (ECP, OBeer/SAP, vin trace) and other customer systems.
  • The consultant will often be responsible for helping design and/or build multi-faceted technical solutions.  The consultant may also need to design more complex solutions that would require some of the work to be done by other internal developers.

• • Contribute to Services Showcase and other trainings/presentations
  • Present internal and customer facing content trainings and follow up with practical exam content
  • Work on internal projects and act as a knowledge resource for the company
  • Continue to grow knowledge of Encompass features and tools 

• • Experience with Encompass and/or the beverage production/distribution industry
  • Experience with SAP B1 and ServiceLayer.
  • Experience with developing integrations using an iPaaS platform (e.g. Celigo, Boomi, Mulestoft, etc)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing experienceAbility to proactively prioritize work to be done
  • Experience to break down complex problems to their core components and clearly articulate next steps

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Business, Information Services, Computer Science or similar discipline, or
• 3+ years of technical experience in the beverage industry.

Additional Details

Technical Consultant base:  $78,000 - $100,000 annually

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation, including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above based on these considerations.

Location:  We are a hybrid organization and are open to remote work.  Our corporate office is located in Fort Collins, CO.
