Job Description:
As the Director of Alliances & Marketing at Operatus, you will shape and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy, helping elevate our brand within the Salesforce and revenue operations ecosystem. You will be a key leader who drives brand awareness and lead generation and refines our messaging to resonate with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. The Fit:
The ideal candidate deeply understands the Salesforce and RevOps landscapes, and can help bring Operatus into any relevant conversations. They excel in developing meaningful content, and have a track record of orchestrating high-impact marketing initiatives—from partner marketing and events to webinars and case studies. This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with sales, and delivery teams.

Job Responsibilities:
- Partner Development & Marketing:
- Collaborate with our partner ecosystem (including Salesforce and other technology providers) to create relationships founded on mutual success
- Create joint marketing materials, co-branded events, and content.
- Develop strategic partner marketing initiatives that foster trust, credibility, and mutual business growth.
- Strategic Brand & Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and refine Operatus’ marketing strategy to position us as a trusted leader in the Salesforce and revenue operations space.
- Identify key market segments, customer needs, and messaging strategies differentiating Operatus from competitors.
- Establish and strengthen Operatus’ brand presence across digital and industry channels.
- Content & Collateral Creation:
- Lead the development of compelling marketing materials such as case studies, one-pagers, and solution briefs highlighting client success and innovation.
- Oversee the creation of thought leadership content that educates the market and underscores our domain expertise in Salesforce and revenue operations.
- Event Management & Webinars:
- Plan and execute Operatus-branded events, workshops, and conference sponsorships to drive leads and increase brand visibility.
- Produce and host webinars featuring internal experts, partners, and clients, ensuring valuable insights and strong audience engagement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B business development and/or marketing roles at a professional services company.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and Revenue Operations best practices.
- Proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Demonstrated success in content creation, including partner materials, event collateral, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
- Experience planning and executing industry events, webinars, and digital campaigns targeted at senior-level decision-makers.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical value propositions into compelling, business-oriented messaging.

Benefits & Perks:
- Base Salary $100,000-$150,000 and 20% Bonus. (Dependent on experience)
