The Role:
The Clinical Operations Manager will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our care team services, ensuring efficient care delivery, achievement of operational KPIs/SLAs, and workforce management to meet Rippl’s organizational goals. Reporting to the Director, Clinical Operations, this role will contribute to scaling our services and driving operational efficiencies & effectiveness.
Essential Functions:
- Manage and optimize daily clinical operations, including scheduling, telehealth workflows, and care team resource allocation.
- Monitor metrics related to patient engagement and journey from onboarding to ongoing visit cadence and work with a cross functional team to reduce patient drop off across the patient journey.
- Lead strategy and work plan to optimize workforce management and scheduling within the care team to achieve expected targets. Including, but not limited to, forecasting, workforce trends, and goal tracking.
- Collaborate with clinical, operations and technology teams to ensure seamless care delivery as clinical operations scales. .
- Provide feedback and collaborate with care team leaders on clinical staff to enhance performance and adherence to protocols to achieve expected targets.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline scheduling and optimize clinical team availability to engage with patients.
- Organize and maintain Center of Dementia Excellence shared drive space, including yearly SOP maintenance.
- Lead or assist with special projects related to service expansion, technology implementation, or process redesign.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to scale care team operations into new geographies and care models ensuring the care team is ready to engage with the expected volume of patients.
- Analyze care team productivity data to inform decision-making and recommend improvements.
- Track patient level specific program requirements and work with the assigned individuals to ensure required tasks meet or exceed expected SLAs.
- Report on operational performance to the Director, Clinical Operations, and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
- 5+ years in healthcare operations, clinical management, or a similar role; telehealth and/or start-up experience is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills including data analysis including forecasting, developing reporting requirements, and summary level presentation of data trends and actionable insights.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration.
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms, electronic medical records (EMR) - Athena preferred, and operational software tools.
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Role: Range is $85,000 - $113,000, depending on experience
