About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our rapidly growing cryptocurrency company. As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring financial stability, and driving our growth initiatives. You will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other key stakeholders.
Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
10+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing financial strategies.
Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for the cryptocurrency industry and a strong understanding of blockchain technology.
