Your key responsibilities include:

  • Support most accounting processes from accounts payable, general ledger, tax forms, reporting, etc

  • Supplier invoice handling in Netsuite and Suitelet, including review of postings & correct VAT treatment

  • Handling of journal entries, purchase invoices, etc. and reconciliation of sub-ledger accounts to general ledger in the monthly closing

  • Manage travel claims & expenses in Bezala & AirWallex

  • Processing vendor payment via Netsuite and Nomentia

  • Utilize Netsuite accounting system to facilitate processes and maintain records

  • Supporting in different projects and ad hoc administrative tasks

What will help you to be successful in this role?

  • Proven ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.

  • Working knowledge of financial software applications and banking platforms.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners, in English and Finnish

What’s in it for you?

At Nordhealth, we do things a little bit differently. We value continuous improvement, diverse teams and autonomy which drive our collaboration. Our global healthcare domain is rapidly developing and we are seeking colleagues who enjoy working in this type of environment. 🌎
