  • Manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits as required.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on accounts payable procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and support month-end close processes.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks within the accounts payable function.

  • Skills and experience we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of PO based transactions; matching processes & invoice tolerances.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, particularly accounts payable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
