Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in import/export operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs documentation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English.

  • Plan and manage import/export activities, including shipment scheduling and transportation logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
  • Prepare and review documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, and export licenses.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or issues.
  • Negotiate freight rates and services with carriers to optimize cost and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular status reports.
  • Analyze logistics processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
