We’re looking for a dedicated Project Manager to lead this comprehensive program engineered for managing complex projects across diverse industries.

What does a Project Manager do? As the Project Manager for MPLC, you will facilitate both traditional and agile project management training sessions, ensuring participants are fully equipped to manage complex projects effectively. Your role will involve guiding participants through obtaining PMP®, CAPM®, PMI-ACP®, and Scrum Master certifications. The training is self-paced but includes two live instruction boot camps for PMP and PMI-ACP. You'll play a crucial part in shaping participants' capabilities to lead and deliver successful project outcomes.

Your qualifications may include:

PMP® Certification or equivalent project leadership experience

CAPM®, PMI-ACP®, or Scrum Master certification preferred

Minimum 5 years of project management experience

Comprehensive understanding of both traditional and agile methodologies

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Experience in virtual training delivery and curriculum development

Potential Job Roles & Salaries:

Agile Project Manager: $83,000 to $117,000 annually (ZipRecruiter)

Scrum Master: $72,000 to $137,250 annually (ZipRecruiter)

Project Manager: $81,585 to $130,465 annually (Indeed, Salary.com)

Certifications and College Credit: Participants can potentially count these certifications toward college credit, depending on the college and their criteria. Additionally, the PMP® is regularly recognized as a preferred qualification and is often considered equivalent to a master's degree in project management.
