Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila Time) with 1 hr  unpaid Lunch Break (35 hours)
  • Saturday: 9:00am to 3:00pm (7:00 AM to 1:00 PM Manila Time) with 1 hr unpaid Lunch Break (5 hours)

Job Description

Take charge of growing sales for a cutting-edge electric scooter brand. In this role, you’ll convert leads, nurture customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s expansion in the competitive e-mobility sector. You’ll have the opportunity to shape urban transportation trends while developing your sales expertise in a high-growth industry.



Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads for electric scooter sales
  • Follow up on online quote requests and convert them into sales
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Educate customers on e-scooter features, benefits, and market trends
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Participate in promotional events and sales campaigns
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecast future trends
  • Stay updated on product developments and industry news


Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven telesales experience, preferably in technology or mobility sectors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to understand and articulate technical product features
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meeting sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Passion for sustainable transportation and electric mobility solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Willingness to work on a performance-based commission structure
