Position Summary
The Manager of Patient Financial Experience develops, implements, monitors, and optimizes corporate strategy and performance metrics for Customer Service and Self Pay Accounts Receivable functions to meet/exceed objectives and to achieve best practice net revenue collections and cost containment, while improving patient satisfaction and loyalty. The incumbent manages the daily operations and programs of the team; manages vendor performance; assures policies, procedures and regulations are followed; exceptional patient service levels are delivered; develops actions plans for inbound and outbound collection calls; implements productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolves problems; completes audits; identifies customer service trends; determines system improvements; implements change and is responsible for meeting key performance indicators for Customer Service, Collections and vendor performance. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.
Requirements
- BA in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field /OR equivalent broad proven practical experience in customer service and collections
- Five (5) years of experience in a professional or technical role/function required; hospital accounts receivable experience preferred
- Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $89,594.00 - $128,906.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
