100% Remote; In-office requirements as needed for training and meetings

What You’ll Do:

Lead the Charge: Develop and execute a comprehensive clinical business development strategy to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
Drive Innovation: Use your deep pharmacy knowledge to enhance clinical offerings, integrating emerging innovations and best practices.
Build Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, positioning us as a leader in the industry.
Strategize for Success: Collaborate with leadership to align business initiatives with organizational goals and market trends.
Represent Our Brand: Be our voice at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, showcasing our clinical capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 10+ years in pharmacy or clinical business development, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (PharmD strongly preferred). An MBA or MHA is a plus!
Licensure: A Licensed Pharmacist (RPh or PharmD) in good standing.
Expertise: Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills, with a strategic mindset to drive business growth and deliver results.
