Your role in the Team

You will be responsible of the delivering projects, solutions and working with the team to build a quality system. You will need to closely collaborate with other developers to assure the business outcomes are delivered on time to meet our stakeholders needs.

You will be working closely with Product Managers and Architects to make the applications resilient, scalable and delivering business value. Some of the technologies and frameworks we work with: Java 17, Spring5, JMS, Kafka, JDBC, Java servlets, GIT, Maven, Docker, Oracle, TDD, AWS.

You will need to closely collaborate with technical team leads to assure the business outcomes are delivered on time to meet our customers and stakeholders needs.

What you’ll do

You will be responsible for services that help deliver the data to our Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud system to enable our sales and marketing teams to power growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with other teams to deliver great results.

• You will be a strong collaborator working with the Technical Team Leads and other colleagues in the team.

• You will work closely with the Login team which is in Poland.

• Work with product and engineering peers to drive key decisions.

• Own features and solutions along with modernization plans for the tech stack you are responsible for Provide oversight of design and code quality

• Promote software quality standards within the team like peer programming and peer reviews.

• Support recruitment and onboard new team members efficiently Drive adoption of our Agile development life cycle.

What you’ll need for this role

We are looking for a bright, driven, flexible, self-starting, enthusiastic individual who will be willing and able to help colleagues; articulate communication skills; operationally conscious and flexible to changing priorities and requirements.

You will be someone who can demonstrate:

• 3+ years of Core Java development skills.

• Experience in developing complex and challenging systems with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

• Desire to learn the business domain.

• Strong AWS experience is mandatory.

• Having an AWS certification would be an added advantage.

• We are exposed to many Java frameworks and related technologies, so experience of the following is must: Java 8, Spring5, JMS, Kafka, JDBC, Java servlets, GIT, Maven.

• Ability to deal with production-related issues.

• Excellent communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience working within a regulated financial environment.

• Experience with Continuous Integration.

• Interest in current/emerging technologies.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies.
