Job description

Position Dates: June 2, 2025 - August 22, 2025

Position Overview:
The intern program participant roles include financial accounting and analysis, sales & marketing finance, operations finance, and research and development finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support financial planning and analysis functions related to budgeting/forecasting.
  • Support the Accounting Team with month-end close processes such as fixed assets, accruals, prepaids, cash, expense tracking, and account reconciliations.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable functions, including but not limited to: processing invoices, compiling backup, preparing check runs, and vendor setup support.
  • Participate in projects and perform duties within the Finance and Billing function as assigned.
  • Other projects as periodically assigned.
  • Assist with sales reporting and analysis
  • Other common tasks include analysis of financial questions and problems (i.e. Regression and Trend Analysis), problem solving, active business partnering and developing innovative methods to improve job metrics and processes.

Education and Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s in finance or accounting (at least 2 years of completed college courses)

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

NOTE: This position is eligible for 100% remote working arrangements (may work from home/virtually 100%; may also work hybrid on-site/virtual as desired). #LI-Remote   

Additional Information:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $23.00 - $27.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
